The Dutch have started salvaging the anchors of their ships that were attacked by Dunkirkers, and further complains about the troublesome levying of taxes and rents in Shetland.

Report that Hinrich Gossmann has returned from Shetland to Lehe with a cargo of salted fish, and has told that he had experienced a storm 20 miles north of Helgoland on the night of 13-14 September, in which they lost a small boat (‘chaloupe’) and two Shetland ponies, which were intended for the general-governor. The story was confirmed by three sailors Berendt Flügger from Schönebeck, Cordt Pundt from Lesum parish and Hinrich Busen from Lesum.
